No transcripts will be issued until all financial obligations to the College have been satisfied. For any questions about outstanding balances owed to SCC, please contact 910.900.4305.
**Please note that online transcript orders will not be processed until the signature sheet is returned to the National Student Clearinghouse as indicated in the ordering process. Nor will transcript orders be fulfilled if there are any financial holds on the student’s record.
High School Equivalency Transcripts
The Student Services division at Sampson Community College does not process requests for High School Equivalency Transcripts. If you earned a high school credential in North Carolina by completing the official High School Equivalency Test, visit the NC Community Colleges website for information on how to request an NC High School Equivalency Transcripts.
Adult High School Transcripts
The Student Services division at Sampson Community College does not process requests for Adult High School Transcripts. You can request a copy of your Adult High School Transcript by sending an email to jfaison@sampsoncc.edu. The email should include the student’s name at the time of attendance, date of birth, year of completion and the complete address where transcript should be sent.
