SCC encourages proposals for incisive, surprising, and unique metal-based sculpture of appropriate scale for the 10’ circular concrete pad of 8” depth. The sculpture must be professionally constructed of durable material appropriate for outdoor public display for the duration of the 12-month exhibit.

Artists with original, completed, viable, appropriately scaled work (16’-21’ in height) of which they have the capacity to transport, install, and uninstall are eligible to submit.
