SACSCOC Part III: Fifth-Year Interim Report

Sampson Community College is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) to award the associate degree. Sampson Community College also may offer credentials such as certificates and diplomas at approved degree levels. The College is accredited every ten years and every SACSCOC accredited institution must submit a Fifth-Year Interim Report. This report is divided into five parts:

  1. Signatures Attesting to Integrity
  2. Institutional Summary Form Prepared for Commission Reviews
  3. Fifth-Year Compliance Certification
  4. Fifth-Year Follow Up Report (applicable to select institutions)
  5. Impact Report of the Quality Enhancement Plan.
