Stride with Purpose, Run for Scholarships!
Thank you to everyone who attended & sponsored our 2024 Sampson Shuffle- the largest yet! We hope you enjoyed the event as much as we did! All proceeds went towards furthering SCC Foundation & Sampson County YMCA student scholarships.
In November of 2021, the SCC Foundation held its first ever 5K & Fun Run event, commemorating the dedication of the College’s Sampson East Park through ‘Celebrate Sampson.’ Renaming the Sampson Shuffle, the Foundation continues to host the annual 5K & 1-mile race. Over 100-200 participants come out in support of student success each year, with proceeds going directly towards SCC and YMCA scholarships- whom the Foundation has partnered with since 2023.
