Overview
Sampson Community College offers one of the largest Truck Driver Training programs in North Carolina that will afford students the opportunity to earn their Class A CDL. We are FMCSA Entry Level Driver Training compliant and are listed on the FMCSA Trainer Provider Registry.
This course is designed to teach students to drive tractor-trailers and trucks. The program will prepare the prospective driver to understand safety, driver responsibility, and also the laws and regulations governing the motor carrier industry.
Both class options provide intensive classwork and vehicle training with safety being the central focus.
